Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

• You must provide accurate registration data and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
• One person — one account. Sharing logins is not permitted.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

The platform runs on a pre-paid credit system. Credit prices and per-product costs are described on our Pricing page. There are no plans, no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Unless stated otherwise:

• Credits are pre-paid and consumed as you use products.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Bank transfer orders are activated after the funds reach our account.

You retain all rights to the designs, fabrics, tech packs and outputs you create or upload. You grant Dataiku a limited, worldwide licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the service. We do not use your content to train third-party generative models.

The platform, including its software, UI, brand and documentation, is owned by Dataiku or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your use of the platform.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate it.

We aim for high availability but do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, modify or remove features. Material reductions in functionality on paid features will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amounts you paid us during that period.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
